2: How experienced do I have to be to take this course?
Singing in 3 Simple steps is great for people who are just starting to get into singing or who have been singing for a while and want to expand their knowledge.
You do not need to be intermediate or advanced to take this course. I will teach you the basics of singing in a really simple way, passing through more advanced exercises for when you’re ready for them.
3. When would I see results ? How long does it take to become great at singing?
This depends mainly on your practice habits and work ethic,but usually you start seeing results after one month of vocal practice. You will be instructed how long, how many times and how to practice each exercise.
4. Are there any live classes?
Yes! In “Singing in 3 Simple Steps”you will be invited to 3 monthly calls with Meli where we will do a deep dive into some course material, as well as answer all of your questions! After that, you will continue to get support from our “ Meli Music Lessons Singing community”.
We will also be doing our monthly Open mics where you get to sing and perform with other students. We love these because everyone here is extremely supportive!
Don’t worry if you can’t make a call, there will always be a replay. You will be able to send your questions in advance, and even if you’re not there, I will answer them.
5. Will I be able to get feedback on my singing? Do I send recordings of myself singing?
Yes! We will have our Q&A’s sessions within our private FB community where you can get feedback on your singing!
Also, yeah you can send your recordings ahead of time for meli to review them. ( you will be provided a link to upload your voice memo if you want )
6. What happens after the three months of Q&A’s ? Will I still get support?
Yes. 100%. Even though the live Q&A calls with Meli will end after three months, you will still have lifetime access to our Facebook group and we can help you with whatever you are struggling with. (And trust that Facebook group is the most supportive community I have ever seen!)
